Rights of data subjects

Pursuant to Art. 15 ff DSGVO, data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and oppose the processing of their data.

Insofar as we have obtained consent for the processing of personal data for certain purposes (e.g. technical support), the processing on this basis is lawful (Art. 6 (1a) DSGVO). A given consent can be revoked at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation is not affected.

Deletion of personal data

The company ensures the right to data transfer in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO. Each person concerned has the right to receive a copy of his/her personal data in a standard machine-readable file format.
